What is a PTC declaration?
A file that verifiably declares whether an AI system was involved in a document, a file, or a reference, and how. It is cryptographically linked to what it declares: if the file changes, the declaration no longer matches.
Privacy and local processing
The file never leaves your device. All computation — reading, fingerprints, package generation — happens in your browser. Validator does not upload anything to any server.
